Plexus Worldwide, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is hiring a Consumer Journey Specialist to map, monitor, and improve the consumer experience from discovery through loyalty and win-back. You will connect consumer feedback, behavior data, and operational insights to reveal friction and drive coordinated actions across marketing, digital, customer service, product, and IT.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in consumer or customer experience, journey mapping, service design, process improvement, customer insights, or related function.
• Journey expertise: Map consumer journeys, identify pain points and handoff gaps, translate needs into improvements.
• Analysis and execution: Use feedback and data to prioritize opportunities and drive actions.
• Communication and influence: Facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills to align partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain current and future state journey maps across key lifecycle stages.
• Collect and analyze feedback, behavior, and metrics to identify friction and opportunities.
• Translate findings into concise briefs, requirements, and actions with measurable impact.
• Facilitate journey reviews and working sessions across departments.
• Prioritize opportunities, maintain roadmaps, and track owners and milestones.
• Evaluate how new tools and campaigns affect the journey and support launches.
• Prepare concise updates for leaders and decision-makers.
• Work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, with occasional after-hours commitments.
