Elastic is seeking a Director of Customer Engineering, ideally based in the Eastern U.S. timezone, to lead the Customer Architects team across territories.

You will steer the strategy to ensure customers derive maximum value from Elastic's Observability, Cybersecurity, and Search AI offerings. The role requires a unique blend of people leadership, business acumen, and deep technical understanding, with hands-on coaching and executive communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams focused on consumption.
• Technical expertise in observability, cybersecurity, or search.
• Familiarity with Elastic solutions and ML/GenAI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Customer Architects, fostering collaboration and customer-centricity.
• Serve as the technical pillar of leadership, aligning regional strategies with solution nuances.
• Drive strategic planning to scale processes and maximize customer value and consumption.
• Leverage market knowledge in observability, cybersecurity, or search to deepen the team's domain expertise.
• Collaborate with regional sales, account teams, and stakeholders for aligned objectives.
