Job summary

Archway Management is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the planning, preparation, and service of meals for our patients, residents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the dietary department, including meal planning, production, and service.
• Supervise, train, and mentor dietary staff to ensure exceptional service and food quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies, including food safety, sanitation, and nutrition guidelines.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our patients, residents, and staff.
• Conduct inventory management and control of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing, to ensure patient care and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of dietary operations, including food production, waste, and inventory
