Job summary

CloudHQ seeks a Senior Director of Operational Technology & Controls to lead building automation, EPMS, DCIM, and OT cybersecurity across its global data center portfolio. You will own reference architecture, governance, and standards for BAS/BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and related networks, ensuring reliable, secure operation.

This player-coach role requires deep hands-on leadership across multi-site deployments, budget ownership, vendor management, and ISO 27001/SOC readiness, with collaboration across

Qualifications

• 15+ years spanning controls, OT and IT in mission-critical environments, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record standing up OT/controls capability or an operations center.
• Experience with budgets, vendors, and multi-site deployments in live facilities.
• Deep knowledge of BAS/BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and SCADA architectures.
• OT cybersecurity leadership including NGFW, SIEM, and zero-trust concepts.
• Experience commissioning and turnover of new data center facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized Facilities Operations Center monitoring BMS and EPMS across campuses.
• Set portfolio-wide alarm management, trend analysis, and fault diagnostics standards.
• Own reference architecture for building automation and controls across portfolio.
