Bobbie is seeking an Interim Director of Creators + Community to own and scale our brand presence through creators, influencers, and IRL communities. This maternity leave cover spans ~8 months and reports to the Marketing Director, with the Chief Brand Officer providing support.

• Strong project management and operating skills, able to run many programs and stakeholders at once.
• A track record of building and scaling a creator or influencer program.
• Excellent brand instincts and taste with judgment on messaging for parents.
• A builder’s mindset: set strategy and also roll up your sleeves to write briefs, run events, and ship programs.
• Experience producing IRL events or activations, from concept through execution.
• 8+ years in creator, influencer, community, or social marketing with 3+ years leading a team.
• Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching, and growing managers and coordinators.
• Data-driven and outcomes-oriented, fluent in metrics that connect community work to growth and retail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full creator and community function for the brand, setting vision and priorities.
• Translate brand messaging into creator-led programs that build awareness and drive growth.
• Set strategy, own the budget, and build the team, partnering with marketing, retail, and product.
• Scale the Bobbie Besties program, grow creator relationships, and drive paid media impact.
• Own end-to-end creator engine: sourcing, onboarding, briefs, rights, and performance tracking.
• Oversee creator briefs to align with brand, product truths, and business objectives.
• Lead influencer partnerships end-to-end, from macro to micro creators and everyday parents.
