Job summary

Bumble is seeking an Interim Associate Director of US Integrated Marketing to steer brand strategy and cross-channel campaigns across the United States for a 6-month maternity leave coverage. The role leads a team of 4 and partners with creative, comms, media, and product marketing to ensure cohesive execution and measurable impact.

You'll translate business goals into strategic campaigns, optimize paid and creator partnerships, and drive brand relevance during the transition period.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brand, integrated, or strategic marketing.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of marketing strategy and integrated go-to-market plans.
• Manage external and internal partners; write briefs, provide feedback, review assets, and manage campaign execution.
