• Ability to speak to creators and understand motivations.
• Research chops across social listening, creator community analysis, competitive audits, and cultural trends mining.
• Turn complexity into clarity with sharp briefs and compelling narratives.
• Inclusive lens across disciplines, backgrounds, and platforms.
• Confidence to lead client sessions and maintain the strategic thread.
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy for a brand at the intersection of technology and human expression.
• Write creative briefs that spark ideas, not just check boxes.
