Collaboration with the executive director will guide studio strategy, mentorship, and client partnership. The director will build teams, drive strategic discipline, and shape high-quality ideas with precision and creativity across the studio.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant work and industry exposure, luxury experience preferred; demonstrated impact.
• BA and/or MA/MFA/MBA required or strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of design, brand, and visual culture with trend awareness.

• Studio leadership and culture development; support new business and process tools.
• Mentor and develop studio staff; manage project scoping and resourcing.
• Collaborate with partners and directors; manage projects end-to-end.
• Lead client interviews, presentations, and workshops; drive consensus.
