Job summary

Tubi seeks a Director, Creator Growth to own the strategy and execution of a scaled creator acquisition program. You will design acquisition processes, set performance standards for the long-tail portfolio, and partner with product to remove onboarding friction, enabling rapid content delivery.

You will coordinate with creator managers to feed the direct acquisition funnel, elevate top-performing non-exclusive creators, and drive partnerships across the creator economy.

Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale creator or partner programs.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to align multiple teams and remove blockers.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for scaled creator acquisition.
• Define systems, processes, and partner relationships to grow non-exclusive creators.
