Bask & Lather is seeking a Director of Creative Performance to lead paid acquisition creative. You will turn customer insights into compelling ads, build a testing-driven process, and develop a reliable pipeline of creative for profitable spend.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, this hands-on leadership role requires analytical depth, creative judgment, and strong execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy or growth marketing.
• Beauty, personal care, or wellness brand experience preferred.
• Strong analytical judgment and creative intuition.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid acquisition creative strategy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
• Own briefs, production coordination, QA, and performance analysis.
• Manage creative agencies, freelancers, and production budgets.
