Job summary

Bask & Lather, a rapidly growing beauty and haircare brand, seeks a Director of Creative Performance to lead our paid acquisition creative function. You will translate customer insights and performance data into persuasive ads, build a disciplined testing process, and sustain a profitable pipeline of creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will own creative strategy, briefs, production coordination, quality assurance, and creative performance analysis

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance creative or growth marketing.
• Proven leadership in creative teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with testing focus.

Responsibilities

• Creative strategy and testing: Build a prioritized roadmap for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Production and delivery: Translate strategy into briefs, scripts, assets and manage calendars.
• Creative learning and iteration: Review results and turn findings into new briefs.
• Creators and partners: Manage agencies, UGC partners, freelancers and vendors.
• Team and resources: Lead creative resources and manage production budgets.
