Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an experienced General Manager (CRE) to lead the Property Management staff and oversee a significant portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison for third-party relationships and drive strategy, budgeting, and reporting in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities include directing PM operations, ensuring policy compliance, managing cash flow, and overseeing construction and tenant relations. A CPM/RPA/CSM designation and a real estate license are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience required.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred; real estate license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate property management operations for a portfolio.
• Provide leadership and policy interpretation for property management teams.
• Oversee budgeting, invoices, and cash flow in coordination with Property Manager.
• Ensure contract compliance and timely reporting to owners.
• Manage tenant relations and oversee property inspections and capital projects.
