Job summary

Nuvacore is seeking an experienced technical leader to head the CPU Software Validation Engineering organization in the United States. You will define strategy, architecture, and execution for validating firmware, OS enablement, toolchains, and runtime software across simulation, emulation, and silicon hardware platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 15+ years in system software validation, firmware or low-level platform software.
• 5+ years in management of validation or system software teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive software validation strategy for next-generation CPU platforms.
• Lead validation across firmware, OS, toolchains, runtime libraries, and telemetry infrastructure.
• Architect large-scale validation frameworks for pre-silicon and post-silicon environments.
• Develop automated validation pipelines integrating simulation, emulation, virtualization, and silicon testing.
• Oversee embedded firmware validation, OS validation, and compiler/toolchain validation.
• Build and mentor a high-performance CPU software validation engineering organization.
• Collaborate with CPU architecture, silicon design, firmware, OS, compiler, and hardware validation teams.
• Own validation strategy and regression infrastructure across large codebases.
