Job summary

City of Indianapolis seeks a Training Director for the Marion Superior Court to manage the staff training program in line with Court policies and priorities. You will oversee initial, on-the-job, continuing, and remedial training for designated Court personnel and coordinate Odyssey Case Management System training for staff and judges as needed.

• Experience delivering staff training programs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Odyssey Case Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Marion Superior Court staff training program, including initial and continuing education.
• Coordinate trainers and training materials; develop skills checklists and manuals.
• Deliver direct training when needed; manage Odyssey instruction and remedial training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with the Auditing Director to address recurring training needs.
