Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to shape the company’s long-term priorities and execution. As part of a newly formed strategy team, you’ll design systems that translate strategy into action, and lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives across the business.

You’ll report to the Co-Founder & President, partnering with the CEO and executive team. This player-coach role combines strategic rigor with hands-on leadership and the growth of a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years combining strategy work with startup execution.
• Led ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with real ownership.
• Built or scaled operating systems that improved execution across the org.
• First-principles thinker who thrives in ambiguity and drives operational change.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable building financial models and metrics.
• Balances strategic thinking with rigorous, hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Nourish’s operating system: OKRs, reviews, cadences, and strategic communications.
• Translate company vision and strategy into executable plans across teams.
• Lead centralized surge resourcing and deploy generalist operators to priority problems.
• Partner with functional leaders to solve complex problems and drive alignment.
• Collaborate with executive finance on board materials, planning, and resource allocation decisions.
• Grow and scale the Corporate Strategy team and ways of working.
