Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations to join Mass General Brigham’s Development Office. The role focuses on advancing partnerships with corporate and foundation funders to support neuroscience priorities and institutional goals.

You will manage portfolios, develop fundraising strategies, and collaborate with clinical and research leaders to identify, solicit, and steward major gifts.

Qualifications

• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies for corporate and foundation entities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry, data management and reporting.
• Ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse internal and external audiences.
• Experience with Blackbaud CRM (or Raiser's Edge) and common office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and Grow Donor and Prospect Portfolios: identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships to secure funding.
• Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategies: document and implement solicitation and stewardship plans with moves management.
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: work with faculty, hospital leadership, researchers, and staff; coordinate across teams.
• Support Leadership and Volunteer Engagement: identify and guide volunteer leaders in fundraising activities.
• Ensure Compliance, Documentation: maintain donor records and comply with confidentiality requirements.
