Boston Medical Center seeks an Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships to advance the corporate and foundation relations portfolio. You will design multi-year engagement strategies, cultivate six- to seven-figure gifts, and partner with CFR leadership to drive revenue and mission impact.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressive development, corporate partnerships, or sales experience.
Experience supervising staff and mentoring fundraising teams.

Responsabilidades

Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of corporate and foundation partnerships.
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward complex corporate and foundation prospects.
Drive retention and growth of existing partners and build a sustainable pipeline.
Oversee proposal development, budgeting, and contract fulfillment.
Mentor team members and collaborate with clinical and development colleagues.
Use CRM tools to monitor portfolio health and forecast revenue.
