Job summary

You will manage a portfolio, collaborate across teams, and document moves in Blackbaud CRM while aligning with hospital missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7-10 years of fundraising experience.
• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry, data management and reporting.
• Ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse internal and external audiences.
• Entrepreneurial, conscientious and results-oriented work style.
• Experience with Blackbaud CRM or Raiser’s Edge; Microsoft Office; Zoom/Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and actively manage a portfolio of prospects and donors.
• Meet annual fundraising targets.
• Conduct donor meetings and prospect qualifications.
• Solicit gifts with faculty, volunteers, and administrative staff.
• Document work in the donor database.
• Collaborate with hospital and institutional partners.
• Develop prospect and donor moves management strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across fundraising teams to achieve goals.
• Understand the organization’s missions and giving opportunities.
