Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to partner with operations and site leadership to design, deploy, and oversee enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives. This role will strengthen performance, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction as an enterprise change agent driving structured methodologies across the organization.

The position requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to translate improvements into measurable financial outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (Master's/MBA preferred).
• 7–10+ years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or process optimization.
• 3–5 years in a dedicated management/directorial capacity driving change.

Responsibilities

• Define the CI roadmap and multi-year strategy.
• Foster an enterprise Kaizen culture and align stakeholders.
• Deploy Lean/Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and connect improvements to financial results.
• Lead cross-functional CI projects spanning sites or business units.
• Build organizational capability through training programs and mentoring CI leaders.
