Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across assigned retail locations. You will identify gaps, audit processes, and implement improvements while supporting store leadership with SOP development and training.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, cross-store standardization, and collaboration with regional Inventory Leads and store teams to ensure efficient operations and timely adoption of new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in retail operations, multi-unit operations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of store-level workflows and operational execution.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent project-management and organizational skills.
• Experience developing or updating SOPs and operational procedures.
• Ability to coach employees and managers on processes without direct managerial accountability.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular operational audits of maintenance items, forms, processes, and store standards.
• Complete White Glove Audits for assigned stores and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze operational gaps, determine root causes, and implement process improvements.
• Develop, update, and maintain state-specific SOPs emphasizing efficiency and standardization.
• Lead hands-on implementation of new initiatives, processes, and procedures.
• Provide in-person training for new processes, systems, or store challenges.
• Support General Managers with training resources and follow-up on gaps.
• Support rollout of systems and drive adoption across locations.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Marketing during new-vendor launches to ensure training materials reach stores.
• Serve as a point person for regional Inventory Leads and biweekly inventory calls.
• Drive inventory-process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead drive-thru efficiency initiatives and optimize workflow, layouts, and wait times.
• Assist with new-store openings readiness.
• Provide targeted support to Regional Managers during defined operational needs.
