Job description

Overview

Guided Search Partners Guided Search Partners is an Executive Search firm built on Trust, Transparency, Specialization, and Long-term Relationships. We connect high-performing professionals with organizations that value people, performance, and growth—helping leaders find roles where they can make an impact and build meaningful careers.

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturer that has already invested in lean and continuous improvement tools but now needs a leader who can bring greater structure, consistency, and follow-through across multiple sites. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the COO and offers the chance to help shape how continuous improvement is built and led across the organization. This is a strong fit for someone who is dynamic, engaging, and excited by the opportunity to take existing efforts and make them better. The right person will enjoy building teams, influencing across plants, and creating stronger alignment around best practices, especially in locations that need more support.

What You’ll Do

Lead and strengthen continuous improvement efforts across multiple sites, helping standardize best practices and create a more connected, effective approach across the business. You’ll work closely with the COO as a key partner while helping bring more focus and direction to CI activity. This role will involve building and leading the CI team and influencing process engineering and plant resources even in locations where you are not onsite every day. You’ll help identify what is working, improve what is not, and drive stronger execution across the organization.

Who You Are

You are a multi-site continuous improvement leader who knows how to build teams, create alignment, and move people toward action. You are comfortable leading through influence, working across functions, and bringing structure to environments that may feel fragmented today. You are also the kind of person who is energetic, visible, and able to connect with teams at different locations. You know how to balance strategy with execution and can help an organization turn good tools into stronger results.

Preferred Experience & Attributes
  • Multi-site continuous improvement leadership experience required.
  • Experience building and leading teams required.
  • Strong background in lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to lead through influence across plants and functions.
  • Experience working closely with process engineering and plant leadership.
  • Comfortable in a highly visible role with broad organizational impact.
  • Industry background is open.
Why This Role Matters

This role is important because the company has a strong foundation but needs more consistency and leadership across its CI efforts. The right person will help bring better alignment, stronger execution, and a clearer path forward across multiple plants. It is a chance to step into a newly created role, work directly with the COO, and help shape the future of continuous improvement across the business.
