Job summary

RiseMe, a manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA, seeks a General Manager to set strategic direction and drive company performance. You will oversee key departments, forecast financials, and build a performance-driven culture through strong leadership and stakeholder communication.

You will lead manufacturing and business development, drive cost controls, improve quality, and align operations with strategic goals to achieve revenue growth and EBITDA targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in the aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Six Sigma and LEAN manufacturing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic direction with CEO and guide functional leaders.
• Assess short- and long-term decisions impacting the business.
• Lead and motivate direct reports with clear accountability.
• Collaborate across engineering, program management and manufacturing to improve customer satisfaction and EBITDA.
• Identify cost-cutting, efficiency gains, quality improvements, and better service.
• Communicate performance expectations clearly to all levels of staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, budgets, and labor/cost controls.
• Provide input to product strategy and development of new products.
