You will guide cross-functional teams, align content with research-based practices and accreditation standards, and partner with the Chief Academic Officer on staffing, budgets, and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end development of online courseware for Cox Campus, aligning with research and accreditation standards.
• Lead prioritization and planning of new courses, revisions, and replacements with leadership and teams.
• Manage cross-functional development processes with SMEs, instructional designers, and operations teams.
• Support staffing, budgeting, performance feedback, and professional development for a high-performing team.
• Analyze courseware performance data to drive improvements and demonstrate impact.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements and professional facilitation.
