Qualifications

• Experience managing online program infrastructure at scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for instructional design team and operations.
• Lead schoolwide pedagogy, assessment, and assurance of learning initiatives.
• Oversee learning technology infrastructure and WCAG/ADA accessibility compliance.
• Partner with faculty and leadership to align design with academic strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and university-level collaborations.
