Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience.
• Earned Doctorate in a relevant field and relative experience (preferred).
• Experience leading digital learning initiatives and faculty development.
• Experience with emerging technologies and media labs.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to manage staff.
• Record of externally funded research related to educational innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in digital teaching, learning, and educational innovation across the college.
• Collaborate with campus partners to advance digital learning initiatives and media production.
• Oversee the RCOE Media Lab operations, planning, and equipment management.
• Mentor graduate assistants, staff, and project teams involved in digital learning.
• Support faculty and staff in integrating digital tools and innovative pedagogies across programs.
• Engage in grant development and cross-disciplinary partnerships for digital education.
