Primary Care Development Corporation is seeking a Director of Consulting Practice Management and Operations to strengthen the daily functioning of the consulting practice. This is a hands-on leadership role, owning pricing, capacity planning, client tracking, and the systems that let the practice scale.

You will work across practice leaders, ensure alignment with central operations, finance, and HR, and build the infrastructure to support growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPA preferred.
• 7+ years in practice/operations management or program administration.
• Strong project management, CRM, and invoicing experience.
• Analytical thinker with excellent communication and collaboration.
• Experience scaling operations in a professional services or consulting setting.

• Lead pricing, capacity planning, and engagement tracking.
• Own operational infrastructure and cross-team coordination.
• Develop data-informed quality improvement across the unit.
