Primary Care Development Corporation seeks an AVP to lead and grow its consulting practice across primary care operations, financial sustainability, and population health. The role blends internal leadership with external business development, requiring close work with service line directors and funders.

The AVP will manage strategy, pricing, and capacity while representing PCDC in NY and the broader Northeast. Hybrid schedule with Manhattan office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Based in New York State.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ten or more years in healthcare consulting or related professional services with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in winning new work and growing client and funder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple service lines and funding models (fee-for-service and grant-funded).
• Strong external relationship building with providers, funders, and health leaders.
• Experience developing compelling proposals for foundations and government.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team orientation with delivery leaders.

Responsabilités

• Guide strategy and product innovation across Consulting service lines.
• Oversee service line directors and teams; review delivery quality and finances.
• Grow the consulting practice through business development in NY and Northeast.
• Build strategic partnerships with vendors and funders to increase visibility.
• Represent PCDC at conferences and funder discussions to build pipeline.
• Coordinate administration with VP and HR on hiring and capacity planning.
