Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC) is seeking a Director to build and lead a pipeline of consulting engagements for safety-net organizations, enabling improved care models and financial health. The Director collaborates with the Vice President, designs projects, develops business, supervises staff, and provides subject matter expertise inside PCDC and for clients.

Qualificações

• Ten years of experience in healthcare leadership and/or consulting roles.
• Experience managing complex projects in healthcare operations and transformation.
• Strongly preferred experience in FQHC settings.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver consulting expertise to improve financial and clinical performance.
• Provide senior-level sponsorship and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor client experience, mitigate risks, and adjust scope as needed.
• Lead portfolio strategy, staff supervision, and professional development.
• Develop new services, pricing, and contract opportunities.
