Job summary

Tiello is seeking a Director of Construction for commercial structural steel fabrication and erection in Boise, ID. Lead multi-disciplinary teams from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of structural steel erection management experience and 5+ years of leadership in the steel industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the construction division and align objectives with company goals.
• Lead project management teams and oversee field construction and erection operations.
• Direct planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout of complex steel projects.
• Oversee integration between detailing, fabrication, project management, and erection teams.
• Monitor KPIs for schedule, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Build relationships with owners, GCs, engineers, and trade partners.
