Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant scheduling experience in construction.
• Experience on tall building construction projects preferred.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project milestones and progress baselines.
• Ensure scheduling methodologies are followed.
• Lead schedule reporting and contingency management.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients on project schedule.
• Coach and mentor planning team.
