Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Director- Scheduling to lead scheduling services on key client accounts with onsite work 4-5 days per week. You will manage multiple construction project schedules, baselines, and KPI tracking, collaborating with PMs, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.

You will mentor a team of schedulers, drive standardized processes, and advance scheduling innovations while aligning with project budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering.
• Graduate degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
• 12+ years of scheduling experience.
• 2+ years leading scheduling teams in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of detailed, resource-loaded schedules for multiple construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to develop schedules with milestones and critical paths.
• Establish baseline schedules and track progress against KPIs.
• Communicate scheduling across design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to prevent delays; present updates to leadership.
• Mentor and develop a team of schedulers; drive best practices across projects.
