The successful candidate will drive service excellence, client engagement, market outreach, and growth of our project management offering across sectors, including real estate and infrastructure. Strong leadership and a track record of delivering complex projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is required or preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project management team delivering services on major projects and programs.
• Oversee client communications and PM services.
• Conduct market research and produce insights for the construction market.
• Produce thought leadership reports and provide valuable market perspectives.
• Set strategy, resource planning, and financial management for PM services.
• Drive business development and client engagement across sectors.
