Job summary

Hubbell Realty Company seeks a seasoned Business Development Director to drive new third-party construction opportunities across Des Moines and Omaha. You will build relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, brokers, and industry partners to win construction management, general contracting, design-build, and related services.

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years in BD or sales.
Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and revenue growth.
Strong CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to generate new third-party construction opportunities in Des Moines and Omaha.
Lead client-facing meetings, presentations, and project pursuits with owners, developers, and industry partners.
Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and marketing to win pursuits and proposals.
Travel between Des Moines and Omaha offices to support growth initiatives and relationship development.
