Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule and budget independently.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract structures, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with design partners, trade contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and resolve schedule- and cost-related issues.
• Ensure quality, safety and contract compliance across projects.
• Support capital improvements, renovations and tenant improvements within the portfolio.
