Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a seasoned Construction and Facilities Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, safety and code compliance for new construction and TI projects. You will lead a facilities team, drive cross-functional collaboration with real estate and retail, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in construction management, strong budget skills, and a track record of mentoring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of construction management and commercial retail development preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, job costing, and P&L oversight.
• Strong interpersonal, scheduling, and budget skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, budgeting, safety and code compliance for construction and TI projects.
• Lead Facilities team to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including real estate and retail for project alignment.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules and oversee facilities inspections.
• Coach and mentor construction, facilities, and QA managers; performance management.
• Ensure contractor coordination, plan reviews, change orders, and project walkthroughs.
