Job summary

Goodwill Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Director of Construction and Facilities Management to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of construction and TI projects while leading the facilities team. You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, safety, and code compliance across GCNA and affiliated entities.

The role requires 8+ years in construction management, 5+ years of project leadership, and strong budgeting, P&L oversight, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 8+ years of construction management and commercial retail development preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and P&L with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, budgeting, safety and code compliance for construction and TI projects.
• Lead Facilities Maintenance and ensure timely maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Develop schedules for preventative maintenance and ensure inspections are conducted.
• Oversee budgets and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with retail and real estate teams to align project dates and goals.
• Mentor and develop Managers, and drive performance and culture.
