Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a seasoned Construction and Facilities Leader to oversee on-time, on-budget delivery of new construction and TI projects. You will manage budgeting, safety, code compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across retail and real estate teams.

The role requires extensive experience in construction management, project leadership, and budgeting, with a focus on building high-performing teams and ensuring quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 8+ years' of construction management and commercial retail development preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams and manage stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, job costing and P&L oversight.

Responsibilities

• Participates in strategic planning and budgeting at the division level.
• Provides accurate costs and budgets for construction projects and improvements.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manages budgets and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
• Leads construction and TI development from design through build-out with contractors.
• Oversees facilities maintenance, landscaping, and building services with 3rd party vendors.
• Trains and mentors construction and facilities leadership teams.
• Maintains regular attendance and drives company culture and values.
