Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead facilities projects, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure timely delivery within budget. The role emphasizes strong leadership, risk management, and scalable program implementation across a multi-site environment.

  • Experience managing/coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction of facilities, new construction and buildouts, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
  • Reports weekly progress to project management team, department leadership, and internal client stakeholders; identify and articulate issues and negotiate resolution with urgency.
  • Establish realistic project timelines and schedules; lead and develop talent; ensure adherence to quality control policies and practices.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and provide training/support to improve project delivery.
