Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Construction and Facilities Manager to lead complex development and TI projects in Phoenix. This role oversees budgeting, scheduling, safety, and code compliance while coordinating with real estate, retail, and operations teams.

You will build high-performing teams, manage contractors, ensure on-time delivery, and drive efficiency across Construction and Facilities divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 8+ years of construction management and commercial retail development.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participates in implementing initiatives, strategic planning, and budgeting at division level.
• Leads construction projects, including coordination with contractors for design and build out, budget management, and code compliance.
• Ensures locations are delivered on or before turnover schedules and that safety and regulations are met.
• Develops and manages project schedules, budgets and performance metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Mentors and trains managers of Construction, Facilities, and Quality Assurance.
• Maintains relationships with real estate and retail teams to align project dates and terms.
