Job summary

The Jane Goodall Institute USA seeks a Director of Constituent Operations to lead strategy for donor and constituent data, overseeing systems, technology, and procedures, including gift processing, pipeline management, and analytics.

Reporting to the VP of Development Marketing and Operations, this role drives data governance, vendor relations, and a growing team, with hybrid Washington, DC area or remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years as a revenue or constituent operations professional with progressive responsibility.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce ecosystem and governance.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring staff and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic oversight of constituent data ecosystem, including systems, technology, and practices.
• Oversee data quality, data lifecycle management, and revenue operations.
• Drive analytics, reporting, and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Build and lead the Constituent Operations team and manage vendor relationships.
