Riverside Community Care is hiring a Dual Recovery Clinician for the PACT program based in Needham and serving the surrounding area. The role focuses on assessment, engagement, and direct services for individuals with co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders.

The position emphasizes training staff in effective interventions, recovery-oriented care, and collaboration within a mobile, multi-disciplinary team to support clients toward dual recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with independent licensure in alcohol and drug counseling or LMHC/LICSW.
• Experience in dual diagnosis treatment and recovery-oriented services.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, engagement, and direct service for individuals with co-occurring disorders.
• Guide staff through training and modeling of interventions.
• Collaborate with the PACT team to support recovery goals.
