Job summary

Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. (RNP) in Bridgeport, CT, seeks a Program Director to provide clinical oversight and administrative leadership for a residential treatment program serving individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Under the Department Head, you will ensure high-quality, person-centered services, maintain regulatory compliance, manage staff across clinical and residential operations, and drive quality improvement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight for the residential treatment program.
• Ensure compliance with ASAM criteria and regulations.
• Oversee staff across clinical and residential operations.
• Monitor program performance and drive quality improvement.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
