Job summary

The Potomac Hotel, Autograph Collection, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team. You will handle contracts, proposals, client communication, and coordinate meetings and events in a luxury property near Washington, D.C.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in hotel sales or related fields, experience with Delphi is a plus, and strong skills in Microsoft Office and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hotel sales, convention services, catering, or hotel operations.
• Delphi experience preferred.
• Experience in a luxury resort setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales contracts and proposals; serve as client contact.
• Generate reports and coordinate meetings and events.
• Support sales team with schedules, travel, and arrangements.
• Use DELPHI sales automation system per dept standards.
• Foster guest satisfaction and cross-department collaboration.
