Job summary

Parkland Health seeks a Director of Compensation to design and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy. You will ensure pay plans are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with Parkland's strategic goals.

The role requires collaboration with senior leaders to attract, motivate, and retain talent in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Lead the design of base pay, incentive programs, and annual market surveys while developing a high-performing compensation team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership in compensation program development and 7+ years in compensation experience.
• Experience navigating HIPAA/ERISA/FLSA regulatory environments and healthcare pay practices.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains Parkland's compensation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Designs base pay structures, merit and market review processes, and incentive programs.
• Communicates complex plans to senior leadership and guides cross-functional teams.
