Job summary

The Director of Community Relations at MorningStar Senior Living Beaverton is an active selling leader responsible for maintaining and growing occupancy, guiding the community sales process, and upholding our core values.

You will manage day-to-day sales activities, lead the sales team, coordinate with the Executive Director, and develop marketing plans focused on lead generation and conversion. Travel within the local market is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Superlative communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to travel within the local market for events and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team, including interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Promote events to drive lead generation and community tours.
• Analyze data to optimize market rates and marketing plans.
