Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Director of Community Relations to drive occupancy by leading the sales team and executing established processes end-to-end.

You will manage day-to-day sales activities, develop marketing plans, coordinate admissions, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources, while upholding MorningStar's core values of honesty, kindness, and respect.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Strong persuasive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel within local market.
• Two years of college or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the sales team.
• Lead and motivate the sales force.
• Generate reports on sales activity and conversions.
• Conduct weekly strategy meetings with leadership.
• Plan and execute events to drive lead generation and tours.
• Coordinate admissions finance and required documentation.
