Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a Director of Community Relations to lead the community sales effort and grow occupancy. You will manage day-to-day activities, drive revenue, and build relationships with leads through the sales process, while upholding our core values of honesty, respect, and servant-leadership.

The role requires at least 2 years of direct sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze market data and coordinate admissions.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of college preferred.
• At least 2 years of direct sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the local market for events and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-focused relationships and advance opportunities through the sales process.
• Track leads and activities using a CRM; manage follow-ups and conversions.
• Develop marketing plans and set objectives to meet lead and lease targets.
• Lead and train the sales team; conduct strategy meetings with leadership.
• Coordinate external events and referrals to generate leads and move-ins.
