Job summary

Distinctive Living is seeking a motivated Director of Community Outreach to lead outreach and business development for our senior living community. You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations while guiding families to discover what our community offers.

In this role, you’ll develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies to increase occupancy, represent the community at events, and partner with the Executive Director to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, outreach, sales or marketing.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospice, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for meetings and events.
