Job summary

Epic Healthcare in Boiling Springs, PA is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead marketing efforts for our nursing home and to build relationships with hospitals, community organizations, and referral sources to attract new residents.

You will guide prospective residents and families through the admissions process with compassion, coordinate tours, and collaborate with the team to meet occupancy goals and maintain census accuracy.
