You will represent the community at events and meetings, coordinate outreach activities, and track referral sources while maintaining professional relationships with families and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare outreach, admissions, marketing, or community relations preferred.
• Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings helpful.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to organize outreach activity and maintain professional contacts.
• Comfortable representing a healthcare organization in community settings.
